Role Objective

We are seeking a highly capable and strategically driven Supply Chain & Project Management Senior Executive to manage our end-to-end supply chain, import and project management infrastructure. The successful candidate will spearhead supply chain operations, project management operations for government and autonomous organizations to optimize international trade logistics, ensure absolute statutory compliance with Government of Bangladesh (GoB) regulations, and drive operational efficiency from source to customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Strategic Sourcing & Procurement for Raw Materials, Spare Parts and Industrial
  • Manage end-to-end import activities, including L/C and TT operations, and related shipping
  • Lead local sourcing, vendor selection, price comparison, negotiation, purchase execution, and supplier performance review.
  • Maintain effective relationships with banks, customs, C&F agents, freight forwarders, shipping lines, insurance companies, and GoB regulatory bodies.
  • Negotiate freight, logistics, and procurement costs while ensuring quality, reliability, and delivery
  • For Government projects need to ensure total project management from beginning to satisfactory supply completion of the projects.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

  • Sc in Mechanical/Electrical/IPE/MME from a reputed university.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, commercial, import/export, or supply chain
  • Proficiency in ERP and MS Office
  • Strong negotiation and written/verbal communication
  • High level of integrity, honesty, accountability, confidentiality, and ethical business

  • Salary: BDT 25,000.00 – 35,000.00 (Negotiable) Festive Bonus: Two (02) Edi Bonus
